Lead ongoing business operations and the development and execution of interconnected growth, transformation, implementation, and operational-improvement initiatives for Blinnergy Fitness & Wellness. Scope spans financial controls, payroll, memberships, staffing and capacity, systems, reporting, service delivery, vendors, facilities, customer administration, and executive operating visibility.
The work has restructured and professionalized core operating infrastructure, expanded service and physical capacity, improved management and financial visibility, and supported substantial growth while day-to-day operations continued. Execution has included business-platform migration and automation, financial and reporting controls, new-service infrastructure, pricing and membership systems, facility expansion, financing support, and ongoing process improvement.
Results include 27.5% year-over-year revenue growth from approximately $471K in 2024 to $601K in 2025, 245 current gym members, trainer-team expansion from 4 to 14, and facility growth from approximately 4,000 to 11,000 square feet.

Led the operating launch from pre-opening development into a functioning high-volume operation that generated approximately $7.4M in first-year gross sales. Scaled the organization from roughly 3–5 to approximately 40 employees, including three assistant managers, while building operating systems across staffing, scheduling, vendors, inventory, cash controls, security, compliance, customer flow, reporting, and daily execution. Built 30+ supplier relationships and maintained zero state regulatory violations during my operating tenure.
